SBS underwent a rebrand and strategic restructuring to maintain relevance in a changing media landscape. As Australia’s leader in multicultural broadcasting, SBS continues to spark important conversations. But with increasing competition and shifting viewer behaviours, it needed to clearly define its unique position.

The goal was to create a brand book and onboarding process that would help the SBS team align with and confidently advocate for the new strategy. This was also in line with their updated brand positioning.
